Welcome back! I'm looking forward to seeing all the students, old and new! The first day of class we'll go over rules/regulations and expectations and play a short game if there is time left. For the next several class periods the students will be taking their physical fitness test--running, situps and pushups. Hope you've been staying fit over the summer.
Fall activities for the upper grades will include soccer , crab and line soccer, capture the flag, mat ball, floor hockey and possibly one or two new activities.
The activities for the lower grades will emphasize motor skills (running, hopping, skipping,etc.), general space, baslance, direction, levels and speed. We will also include a lot of fun games.
Let's have a great year of getting fit and having fun in P.E. class!
