Fall is here and that means a lot of new books at our library. We've got all the most recent award winners ready for those eager readers. This year's Caldecott Medal was awarded to Flotsam, and the third grade has already enjoyed it at story time! We've also inspected Gone Wild:Endangered Animal Alphabet , which was one of the Caldecott honor books.

Also hot off the press is the most recent addition to Dan Gutman's baseball card time travel adventure seriies-Satch and Me.

It goes without saying that we've all been waiting for the latest (and last) Harry Potter book! Currently we have three copies and they're all being read!

All of you Magic Tree House fans will want to check out two new adventures in that series-The Blizzard of the Blue Moon and The Dragon of the Red Dawn.

Our Junior High readers won't want to miss the new Alex Rider set as well as James Patterson's Maximum Ride series for young adults. We've also got the two newest Ann Rinaldi historical novels, Come Juneteenth and An Unlikely Friendship.
