My name is Colleen Daubenmerkl and the 2010-2011 school year is my 10th year of teaching in Catholic schools. I have really enjoyed my experiences at St. Vivian's and look forward to many more.
I graduated from Indianan University in 2000 with a degree in Secondary Education. My focuses were English and Health. After graduation I traveled to Ireland where I lived in Co. Lois and taught in at a private school, Ballyfin College, for a few months. It was one of the most incredible times I have ever encoutered! I love to share stories and experiences with my students, and I hope to visit again soon.
After returning to the States in 2001 I was a building substitute at Central Middle School in Columbus, Indiana. Shortly after, I moved to Cincinnati and began my teaching career in Catholic schools. I have had a wonderful career so far at St. Vivian's and look forward to the future here as well. |
